El Establecimiento de Elaboraci\u00f3n y Distribuci\u00f3n de leche y bagazo de soja de Zeballos Cu\u00e9, Asunci\u00f3n, fue el lugar escogido esta semana para desarrollar nuestro taller de capacitaci\u00f3n sobre preparaci\u00f3n de alimentos a base de soja, en donde tanto hombres como mujeres aprendieron a cocinar recetas cotidianas, pero con una mayor densidad nutricional. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Este jueves 12 de junio, dentro del marco de nuestro programa de RSE \u201cNutrici\u00f3n con Soja\u201d, organizamos, en conjunto con el Instituto de Bienestar Social (IBS), dependiente del Ministerio de Salud P\u00fablica y Bienestar Social, un taller de capacitaci\u00f3n en el Establecimiento de Elaboraci\u00f3n y Distribuci\u00f3n gratuita de leche y bagazo de soja de Zevallos Cu\u00e9, en Asunci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Los participantes aprendieron a preparar chipa, torta, empanada (con relleno de prote\u00edna de soja), tortillita, mbeju mestizo, pan kesu, sopa y bud\u00edn ingl\u00e9s a base de bagazo y leche de soja. Adem\u00e1s de los licuados de frutas con leche de soja. Tambi\u00e9n les entregamos nuestro manual de recetas a base de soja. <\/p>\n

De esta manera, vamos compartiendo informaci\u00f3n acerca de la importancia de la incorporaci\u00f3n de la soja en la dieta diaria, considerando su alto nivel de prote\u00edna vegetal, as\u00ed como otros beneficios.  <\/p>\n
