Este jueves 10 de octubre, en la Escuela Agr\u00edcola de Villarrica, realizamos en conjunto con el Instituto de Biotecnolog\u00eda Agr\u00edcola (Inbio) un taller de capacitaci\u00f3n sobre el uso de la leche y el bagazo de soja en preparaciones culinarias.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Los j\u00f3venes estudiantes aprendieron a elaborar deliciosas preparaciones dulces y saladas de nuestro manual digital \u201cRecetas a base de soja\u201d.<\/p>\n

El documento, que se puede descargar de nuestra p\u00e1gina web (Descargar<\/strong><\/a>), contiene el paso a paso de la elaboraci\u00f3n de cada receta. Aqu\u00ed podr\u00e1n encontrar flan de leche de soja y manzana, torta marmolada con bagazo y leche de soja, torta de vainilla con bagazo y leche de soja, torta de naranja bagazo y leche de soja, muffins de manzana, bagazo de soja y semilla de ch\u00eda, medialunas, pasta frola, pionono, arroz con leche de soja, alfajorcitos, pan de bagazo de soja sin levadura, panecillos de harina de soja, pan kesu a base de soja, arroz con pollo y brotes de soja, y much\u00edsimas recetas m\u00e1s. <\/p>\n

Estos talleres de capacitaci\u00f3n forman parte de nuestro programa de RSE \u201cNutrici\u00f3n con Soja\u201d.<\/p>\n
