Antonina L\u00f3pez Melgarejo, coordinadora del programa de RSE, acompa\u00f1\u00f3 este taller, en el que los j\u00f3venes conocieron no solo las propiedades nutricionales de la soja, sino que tambi\u00e9n a integrarla dentro de las comidas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El bagazo se puede incluir en preparaciones como sopa paraguaya, relleno de empanadas, pan kesu, alb\u00f3ndigas y masa para pizza, as\u00ed como en rolls de canela, pastafrola, pan dulce, torta de naranja, entre otras m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sorry, this entry is only available in Espa\u00f1ol.
