La actividad cont\u00f3 con el apoyo de Sodrugestvo Paraguay.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-7493 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/capeco.org.py\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/taller-san-antonio-3-225x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/capeco.org.py\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/taller-san-antonio-3-225x300.jpeg 225w, https:\/\/capeco.org.py\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/taller-san-antonio-3-122x162.jpeg 122w, https:\/\/capeco.org.py\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/taller-san-antonio-3-768x1024.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/capeco.org.py\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/taller-san-antonio-3.jpeg 960w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/>Por medio del convenio entre Capeco y la Parroquia San Antonio de Padua, de la ciudad de San Antonio, este mi\u00e9rcoles 26 de octubre se realiz\u00f3 un taller sobre elaboraci\u00f3n de alimentos saludables a base de soja, del cual participaron 22 personas, entre usuarias del establecimiento y familiares de colaboradores del Puerto Sarcom.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En esta parroquia funciona uno de los 10 centros de distribuci\u00f3n de leche y bagazo de soja que Capeco tiene distribuidos en diferentes puntos del pa\u00eds. En los talleres se ense\u00f1a a preparar sopa paraguaya, empandas, croquetas, tortillas y panes, as\u00ed como postres y jugos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el 2021, el Programa Nutrici\u00f3n con Soja, cuya implementaci\u00f3n es posible gracias al compromiso de los socios de la instituci\u00f3n que en forma gratuita entregan la materia prima para el fortalecimiento de esta labor, benefici\u00f3 a 20.400 personas de escasos recursos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta exitosa experiencia de trabajo social de Capeco ha permitido la instalaci\u00f3n de 10 centros de producci\u00f3n y distribuci\u00f3n de leche o jugo y bagazo de soja. Dos de ellos est\u00e1n en Asunci\u00f3n (Zeballos Cu\u00e9 y Barrio Sana Ana) y ocho en el interior del pa\u00eds (Caazap\u00e1, Iturbe, San Crist\u00f3bal, Minga Guaz\u00fa, San Juan del Paran\u00e1, Santiago, San Antonio y Tup\u00e3 Rend\u00e1).<\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sorry, this entry is only available in Espa\u00f1ol.
